Map Policy

Effective January 1, 2014, a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) policy on all oogie solutions llc (“oogie”) products will be in effect (herin referred to as “MAP policy”). 

As used in this MAP policy, “reseller” means any reseller, distributor, sales representative or dealer. 

The MAP for all oogie products shall be no less than the current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) as set forth on oogie’s price list below.  MAP pricing is established by oogie and may be adjusted by oogie at its sole discretion. 

This MAP policy applies to all advertisements of oogie products in any and all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, internet or similar electronic media, internet auction sites, television, radio, public signage and in-store advertising. 

MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices.  All resellers and their sales representatives may offer oogie products at any price in excess of the MAP.  Intentional or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of approved reseller status.  It shall be in oogie’s sole discretion whether or not to provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking any action under this policy. 

oogie may run flash sales from time to time for short periods and for a limited amount of inventory.  During such flash sales, MAP pricing shall not change. 

This MAP policy has been established by oogie to help preserve and protect the reputation of oogie’s name, brand and products.  This MAP policy is for the mutual benefit of all parties involved without any prejudice.
