Shipping
Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $23 or more. Orders under $23 incur a flat shipping fee of $7. We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please note that it will typically take 1-2 business days to process an order, though some delays may occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances such as shipping or billing issues. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days based on geographic location, and oogiebear's warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. Tracking will be provided via the email provided at checkout.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).

One-Year Replacement Guarantee
If your product experiences a manufacturing defect within one (1) year of delivery, we will replace it with the same product or one of equal or lesser value.
To begin a return or warranty claim, please email customercare@oogiebear.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, if applicable
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the product. Returned products may be inspected as part of our quality assurance process.

Purchases from Retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.)
If your oogiebear product was purchased from an authorized retailer, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, or another retail partner, returns, refunds, and replacements must be processed through the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer's return policy.

If you experience a product concern outside the retailer's return window, please contact customercare@oogiebear.com. While we cannot guarantee a replacement, we are happy to review your situation and may offer assistance at our discretion.

Product Safety
If you believe your product has a quality or safety concern, please discontinue use immediately and contact customercare@oogiebear.com. We may request additional information, photographs, or the return of the product to assist our quality team in investigating the concern.
