Free US shipping via USPS/UPS Ground is available for orders $23 and over. Orders under $23 will be charged a $7 flat fee for standard shipping. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Please note that it will typically take 1-2 business days to process an order, though some delays may occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances such as shipping or billing issues. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days based on geographic location, and oogiebear's warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. Tracking will be provided via the email provided at checkout.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your oogiebear product (a) within thirty (30) days for a full refund (minus shipping & handling), or (b) within one (1) year for a replacement product of equal or lesser value. Dates will be calculated from the date of delivery. Simply email customercare@oogiebear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label for you to send your item(s) back to us, then we will accommodate your request for a replacement item or refund to the original payment method.
Please note, oogiebear products not purchased directly through our website must be returned to the original place of purchase.
