What is the right age to purchase a baby's first toothbrush and to start brushing?

- Avoid toothpaste with fluoride: Fluoride is good for our teeth, but your baby needs to wait until they are old enough to use it. This helps avoid any risk of fluorosis if your baby ingests too much fluoride before the age of three years old.
- Clean your baby's teeth with your baby's first toothbrush: Using a toothbrush for the baby, we can get the job done right. We should also avoid brushing the gums at this stage to prevent any damage that could be caused if your little one starts chewing on too hard of bristles. But if you choose to do that, gently brush gums and teeth in the process.
- Cleaning is easy: You should change the toothbrush every two weeks or when your baby starts chewing on the bristles. Keeping it clean is important because it can get dirty quickly, and bacteria could be transferred between your little one's teeth if they are not cleaned properly after each use.
